About the Role
We are currently recruiting for rework Operative to join a busy production environment based in LS11, Leeds.
This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who are comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and enjoy working as part of a production team.
Key Responsibilities
* Working on a busy production line
* Manual handling of materials and products
* Following production processes and procedures
* Ensuring products meet required quality standards
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area
* Working effectively as part of a team
* Following all health and safety requirements
About You
The successful candidate will:
* Be reliable, punctual and committed to good attendance
* Be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Have a good work ethic and positive attitude
* Be able to follow instructions and production procedures
* Be flexible regarding shift patterns
* Have previous manufacturing or production experience (desirable but not essential)
