We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join a successful and growing team in Dublin 4.
The best part? No cold calling.
This is a warm, inbound sales role. You will be speaking with customers who have already shown an interest in the brand and its products.
There is no cold calling, cold prospecting or unsolicited outbound sales involved. Your focus will be on engaging with interested customers, understanding their needs and converting genuine enquiries into sales.
Your key responsibilities
* Manage and convert warm inbound customer enquiries into sales
* Smash weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets while maintaining an authentic, engaging and fun approach
* Conduct engaging product demonstrations that showcase the value and benefits of the products
* Connect with interested customers through web chat, Zoom, email, pop-ups and other inbound channels
* Build strong relationships with customers and provide an exceptional experience from initial enquiry through to purchase
* Understand customer requirements and recommend the most appropriate products
* Prepare and present sales proposals and accurately complete order forms for processing
* Attend selected exhibitions, events and brand activities to engage with interested customers and support the sales process
* Maintain a positive, passionate and motivated approach to achieving individual and team goals
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers, sharing ideas and embracing new ways of working
* Complete regular sales reports to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
* Be adaptable, proactive and commercially minded, continually looking for ways to improve the customer journey and increase conversion
