Procurement / Office Manager

Job Overview

A Procurement / Office Manager is required for an interior design practice in Winchester, working across high-end residential projects. This role suits an experienced procurement professional with strong Estimac knowledge and an understanding of interior design project stages, combining approximately 60% procurement duties with office management, project administration and business support.

Role & Responsibilities

Manage the complete procurement process using Estimac
Coordinate suppliers, contractors, clients, deliveries and storage
Monitor project progress, financial information and agreed budgets
Produce client reports and support invoicing
Manage administration, stock, filing, IT suppliers and inboxes

Skills & Experience Required

Previous procurement experience, preferably within interior design
Detailed Estimac experience is essential
Knowledge of design industry project stages
Strong organisation, communication and Microsoft Office skills
Driving licence and access to a car essential
