Hours: Monday to Friday, term-time with flexible shifts to engage candidates before and after school; shorter set hours during school holidays

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Education Resourcer to join our central London team for an 11 month maternity cover. You will play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing, screening, and securing high-quality teaching and support staff for primary, secondary, and SEND schools across London. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to education recruitment in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Searching for and contacting potential candidates via job boards and online platforms.
Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews with candidates.
Writing professional candidate profiles tailored to school requirements.
Editing and updating CVs.
Preparing compliance documentation to meet legal and regulatory standards.
Managing our online pre-registration database.
Assisting with general office administration and phone enquiries.
