Location: Education environment, Canterbury
Essential requirement: Previous professional cleaning experience and a valid DBS
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for staff and students.
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of cleaning duties across classrooms and communal areas, ensuring the site is clean, hygienic and ready for use each day.
Key Responsibilities
Vacuum classrooms, corridors and other designated areas.
Clean and sanitise desks, tables and other surfaces.
Pay particular attention to high-touch areas and shared spaces.
Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises.
Follow relevant cleaning procedures, health and safety requirements and site instructions.
About You
The successful candidate will be:
Dependable, punctual and committed to delivering a high standard of work.
Comfortable working independently and able to follow cleaning procedures and instructions.
Experienced in professional cleaning, ideally within a similar environment.
Able to demonstrate a professional and responsible approach when working in an education setting.Please note: To be considered for this vacancy, you must hold a valid DBS certificate.
