Machine Operator

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join the Production team based at our Spalding site. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to develop their career and join a progressive business. This role is on a double day shift: Week 1 – Monday-Thursday 06:00-14:00 & Friday 06:00-13:00 Week 2 – Monday-Thursday 14:00-22:00 & Friday 13:00-20:00. No experience necessary.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
* To ensure and oversee the smooth operation of the silicon and adhesive coating of linerless work
* To produce finished products in accordance with the Sheeting / Rewind specifications, processes and procedures
* To be aware of company responsibilities within the label industry, and the importance of giving clear information
* To adhere to company policies, procedures and systems within area of responsibility. Activities include health & safety, dignity at work, hygiene, SOPs etc
