As a Night Supervisor, you'll help ensure the smooth running of the hotel overnight while maintaining excellent guest service and operational standards.
Set up, clear and maintain conference rooms, private dinners and weddings
Carry out regular security checks and ensure the hotel remains safe overnight
Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property
Look after guests and delegates, responding to requests and queries
Provide 24-hour room service, including preparing and delivering orders
Support Reception duties, including check-ins, check-outs and luggage assistance
Ensure wake-up calls and newspapers are delivered promptly
Manage and support departmental staff, including training and rotas
Follow fire safety procedures and company policies
Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure they are resolved appropriately
Support the wider team and other departments when requiredWhat we're looking for
We're looking for a confident hospitality professional who can lead by example and provide excellent guest service throughout the night.
Previous experience as a Hotel Night Porter or Night Auditor is required
Supervisory experience within a hotel or hospitality environment would be advantageous
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience across reception and general hotel operations
A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
The confidence to deal with guest queries and complaints professionally
Ability to lead, support and develop a team
Flexibility to support different departments when required
A professional and welcoming approach at all times
