Adecco is recruiting for a Process Plant Operator to join a specialist manufacturing business in Hull.

This is a hands-on role operating and monitoring critical industrial plant and production machinery. Full training will be provided on the company's specialist processes, making this a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, processing or machine-operating experience looking to develop further.

The Role

Operate and monitor specialist plant machinery
Monitor process conditions and equipment performance
Carry out routine plant inspections
Identify and report faults or abnormal operating conditions
Feed raw materials into the production process
Complete production and batch records
Maintain excellent Health & Safety, quality and housekeeping standards
Work alongside Production, Maintenance and Quality teams

What We're Looking For

Previous manufacturing, processing or industrial experience
Experience operating or monitoring machinery
Good Health & Safety awareness
Ability to follow operating procedures
Good attention to detail
Comfortable working within an industrial environmentExperience with kilns, mixers/blenders, conveyors, bulk materials, FLTs or basic mechanical fault finding would be advantageous but isn't essential.

Package

£37,503.45 salary
4 on / 4 off - 12-hour shifts
2 days, 2 nights, 4 off
296 hours holiday including bank holiday allowance
Full specialist training provided
