Key responsibilities include:
Obtaining references and completing pre employment checks
Managing DBS applications and compliance documentation
Chasing agencies, candidates and stakeholders for outstanding information
Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
General administrative supportThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, strong attention to detail and a tenacious approach to getting things done.
Hybrid working with 2 office days in Reigate and 3 days from home, this is a 37 hour per week ole
Initially a maternity cover role, with potential opportunities for a permanent position within the business.
