Description
Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment law.
Work collaboratively with managers to support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Implement and monitor HR strategies that align with organisational objectives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and best practices.
Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Support the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
Deliver training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and engagement.Profile
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
Proven track record in handling employee relations and performance management.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
CIPD L5 or working towards
Ability to analyse HR data and provide actionable insights.

Salary between £45,000 and £50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent position
Based in North Nottinghamshire, near Mansfield
Hybrid working, with 3 days on site per week
Some travel to other sites across the UK (mileage can be claimed back at the standard rate)
