The Opportunity
Are you a recent graduate looking to build a career in sales, recruitment and business development? Hamilton Barnes is looking for ambitious graduates to join our HQ in London. No previous recruitment experience is needed. We'll give you the training, support and tools to become a successful consultant.

What You'll Be Doing
* Learn the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing and qualifying candidates through to placing them with clients
* Build genuine relationships with candidates and clients and develop your own professional network
* Generate new business and identify opportunities within your specialist market
* Manage your own pipeline and work towards clear individual and team targets
* Become a specialist in your chosen technology market
