The Senior Building Surveyors Role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will join an established Building Consultancy team in London, working across a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors such as commercial, education, education, civic and community, and leisure.
You'll provide a broad range of professional services, including building surveys, condition surveys, dilapidations, schedules of condition and party wall matters.
As Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing your own workload and client relationships, with the opportunity to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion.
This role would suit a confident Senior Building Surveyor who enjoys client interaction, wants exposure to a varied workload and is looking to join a well-established consultancy where there are genuine opportunities for progression.
The Senior Building Surveyors Requirements
A degree in Building Surveying
MRICS or close to completing APC
Strong consultancy experience
Experience managing client relationships and projects independently
Confident in a client-facing environment
