How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Junior / Graduate Property Manager – Chelsea

Start your career in property with a prestigious independent estate agency in Chelsea

Our client is an award-winning, multi-branch estate agency with an established reputation across South West London. They are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Graduate Property Manager to join their successful lettings and property management team in Chelsea.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is genuinely interested in building a long-term career in residential property. You do not need previous property management experience. What matters most is your attitude, organisation, communication skills and willingness to learn.

You will receive comprehensive training, including ARLA training, and gain hands-on experience managing a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties. You will work alongside an experienced lettings and property management team, learning every aspect of the role from day-to-day property management through to landlord and tenant relationships.

The portfolio covers the prestigious SW3 and SW10 postcodes, together with a number of prime riverside developments, giving you exposure to a fascinating mix of high-value new-build and period properties.

    What will you be doing?

As you develop your knowledge and experience, you will take responsibility for a wide range of property management activities, including:

    * Supporting the lettings team with move-ins and move-outs

    * Booking and attending property inspections

    * Managing landlord and tenant correspondence

    * Assisting with inventories, check-ins and check-outs

    * Deposit administration and refunds through TDS

    * Arranging and monitoring gas safety inspections and EICRs

    * Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors

    * Managing work orders and maintenance issues

    * Assisting with landlord contents insurance claims

    * Managing utility accounts

    * Issuing relevant notices and correspondence

    * Maintaining an accurate and efficient filing system

    * Carrying out regular key management and audits

    * Taking part in daily team meetings

    * Providing a consistently high level of customer service

You will be encouraged to take ownership of your portfolio as your knowledge develops, with support from the wider team.

    Who are they looking for?

This role would suit a graduate or early-career candidate who is looking to establish themselves within the property industry.

    You will ideally have:

A genuine interest in residential property and the London property market

    A degree or equivalent qualification

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong organisational and time-management skills

Good IT skills and confidence learning new systems

A professional, positive and personable approach

The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team

The ambition to develop and progress within the property industry

    A strong customer-service mindset

Previous property management, lettings, estate agency, hospitality, customer service or administrative experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Most importantly, they are looking for someone with drive, attention to detail and the ambition to build a career in property.

    Training & Career Development

The company is committed to developing its people and promoting from within.

    You will receive:

    * ARLA training following successful completion of probation

    * Access to a range of additional professional training courses

    * Hands-on training from experienced property professionals

    * A structured career development pathway

    * Regular opportunities to take on additional responsibility

    * The opportunity to progress into a Senior Property Manager role

    What they offer

    Competitive salary, dependent on experience

    Bonus structure

    21 days' annual holiday

    Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm

    Supportive and high-performing team

    Professional training and development

    Excellent career progression

The opportunity to work with high-value residential property in Chelsea and South West London

    The opportunity

If you are a graduate who is serious about building a career in property, this is an opportunity to learn the industry from the ground up while working within an established and respected Chelsea agency.

You will not simply be joining a company to fill a junior position. You will be given training, responsibility and a clear route to progression, with the opportunity to develop into an experienced Property Manager and ultimately a Senior Property Manager.

If you are ambitious, organised, commercially minded and have a genuine interest in property, we would love to hear from you.

Recent property management or lettings experience is welcome, but not essential.
