Key Responsibilities
* Carry out groundworks and general civil engineering duties within a rail environment.
* Assist with excavation, drainage, concreting, foundations and associated works.
* Work safely around live railway infrastructure and within rail possessions.
* Operate plant and equipment where suitably qualified.
* Follow site RAMS, safety procedures and railway standards.
* Work effectively as part of a site team.
* Undertake nights, weekends and possession work when required.
Requirements
Applicants must have:
* Previous rail experience – essential.
* Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) – essential.
* Relevant rail/civil engineering tickets and competencies.
* Experience working within possessions and around railway infrastructure.
* CSCS/CPCS/NPORS tickets where applicable.
* Full understanding of rail health & safety requirements.
* A good attitude towards safety, reliability and teamwork.
* Right to work in the UK.
Additional rail tickets/competencies are highly desirable, including plant, machine or track-related qualifications

£30000.00 - £38000.00 per year
