How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Joining a growing specialist Insolvency Division, you'll take responsibility for a portfolio of formal insolvency appointments while supporting and mentoring the wider team.

Supporting and mentoring Insolvency Administrators through case progression
Ensuring cases are managed in line with relevant legislation, compliance requirements and internal procedures
Managing relationships with clients, creditors, regulators and other stakeholders
Leading on technically complex matters, including asset realisations and investigations
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and best practice across the team
Supporting the development and growth of the Insolvency Division

A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of complex cases
    Why consider it?
This is an opportunity to join a growing division where you'll have genuine influence over how the team develops. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio, support junior team members and work closely with senior leadership.

25 days' holiday, rising to 30 days after qualification + bank holidays

    Comprehensive induction and ongoing development
Pension scheme and enhanced sick pay
    BUPA Employee Assistance Programme
    Access to a commercial gym
    Referral commission opportunities
Opportunity to support a charitable foundation Interested?
