Description

Process payroll accurately and in line with deadlines.
Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system.
Handle payroll queries and provide clear, timely responses.
Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.
Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations as required.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate data flow.
Support the preparation of year-end payroll documentation.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies in payroll processing.Profile

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

Previous experience in payroll or a related role.
Knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
Familiarity with payroll legislation and compliance requirements.

Salary between £30,000 and £35,000, dependent on the level of experience.
