The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Support children's individual learning journeys
Encourage confidence, independence, and wellbeing
Get involved in the day-to-day life of the nursery
Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team
Follow EYFS and safeguarding procedures
We're Looking For
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
Previous nursery or Early Years experience
A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
Someone who enjoys being part of a team
Strong communication skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's development
Someone looking for a full-time, long-term opportunity
