Sheet Metal Worker
Job Description

Carry out bench fettling, deburring, and finishing of precision thin gauge sheet metal components.
Dress and blend welds to customer and engineering specifications.
Polish exotic metal components to the required surface finish.
Set and fit finished parts to castings and/or gauges using metalwork techniques.
Safely operate handheld pneumatic tools, belt linishing equipment and other bench finishing tools.
Use measuring equipment to inspect and verify components against engineering drawings and specifications.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Well-versed using a range of manufacturing hand tools
Confident completing hands-on manufacturing tasks with metal components or sheet metal (deburring/fettling/linishing/air grinding etc)
Positive attitude with the willingness to learn
