Internal Resource Co-ordinator – Supply Chain

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Internal Resource Co-ordinator to join our team in Gravesend on a 6-month temporary basis, supporting recruitment across our Supply Chain operation.

You will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently and providing a positive candidate experience throughout.

This is a fast-paced role that would suit someone with previous recruitment, resourcing or HR coordination experience, ideally within a supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate recruitment activity for Supply Chain and operational vacancies from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding.

* Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and agree appropriate sourcing strategies.

* Prepare and advertise vacancies across relevant job boards and internal channels.

* Manage candidate applications, CV screening and initial candidate communication.

* Arrange interviews and coordinate diaries between candidates and hiring managers.

* Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure the applicant tracking system is kept up to date.

* Carry out pre-employment checks, including right-to-work and reference checks, as required.

* Prepare and issue offer documentation and liaise with HR and payroll teams to support a smooth onboarding process.

* Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.

* Support recruitment reporting and provide updates on vacancy progress, recruitment volumes and time-to-hire.

* Assist with recruitment projects and other HR activities where required.

* Ensure recruitment activity is carried out in line with company policies and relevant employment legislation.

About You

The successful candidate will be:

* Experienced in recruitment coordination, internal recruitment, resourcing or HR administration.

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

* Confident managing multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

* Comfortable working with hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels.

* A strong communicator, both written and verbal.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

* Experienced using an applicant tracking system or recruitment database.

* Proactive, approachable and able to work independently.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.

* Ideally experienced recruiting for Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Transport or similar operational roles.
