How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join an international organisation on a fixed-term basis, supporting the delivery of HR projects across a European business function.

    Client Details

    Reporting to a senior HR leader, the successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities, building stakeholder relationships and ensuring delivery against agreed objectives. Working across multiple countries and functions, you will support successful project execution within a complex and fast-paced international environment.

    Description

    Manage the day-to-day execution of assigned HR project activities, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and objectives.
    Coordinate project plans, milestones and deliverables, tracking progress and supporting successful outcomes.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, Finance and business functions.
    Support governance activities, reporting requirements and project documentation.
    Identify and escalate risks, issues and dependencies where appropriate.
    Facilitate meetings, workshops and project updates, ensuring effective communication across stakeholder groups.
    Coordinate activities across multiple countries and functions to support project delivery.
    Provide HR expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
    Support European Works Council activities and requirements where applicable.

    Profile

    We are interested in speaking with experienced HR professionals who can demonstrate:

    Experience operating at Senior HR Business Partner, Head of HR or equivalent level.
    A proven track record of delivering complex HR projects within a commercial environment.
    Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
    Experience working within international or European matrix organisations.
    Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving capabilities.
    Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
    The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
    A hands-on approach combined with the ability to operate strategically when required.

    Job Offer

    UK-based role with flexible working arrangements.
    European travel may be required.
    12-month fixed-term contract with potential extension.
