How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    As Brand Manager, you will lead the delivery of brand plans designed to strengthen market presence, increase consumer engagement, and support business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns, innovations, and commercial initiatives to life while ensuring the brand remains competitive in a FMCG environment.

    Description

    Develop and implement brand strategies that support growth, market share, and profitability objectives.
    Manage the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.
    Analyse consumer, customer, and market insights to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
    Work closely with sales, category, and product teams to ensure brand activities align with wider business goals.
    Support the development and launch of new products, from concept through to market introduction.
    Monitor campaign effectiveness and brand performance, making recommendations to optimise results.
    Manage external agency relationships and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, providing clear recommendations and updates.
    Contribute to annual brand planning and support longer-term business objectives.Profile

    Previous experience in a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager role within FMCG or a consumer-focused industry.
    Strong understanding of brand management and marketing activation.
    Commercially minded with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
    Confident working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
