How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Packaging Artworker - IND1

    TXM Recruit are working with a successful, family-run business with a globally recognised brand and an established international presence, supplying products across more than 110 countries.
    The company offers a diverse portfolio of branded consumer products, including alkaline and zinc batteries, disposable and cartridge razors, LED bulbs and flashlights. Due to continued demand and growth, they are now looking to appoint a talented Packaging Artworker to support the Head of Design and Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Artworker to join a busy creative environment and play an important role in the development and production of packaging, marketing materials and digital content.

    Position Packaging Artworker – Full Time / Office Based
    Location: Fleet, Hampshire
    £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
    Monday to Thursday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
    Friday: 8.30am – 4.30pm
    20 days annual leave
    3 additional days for Christmas
    1 additional day for your birthday
    Bank holidays ontop

    Creating packaging artwork from existing documents in response to production requirements, while working within stringent brand guidelines.
    Checking proofs and preparing artwork for print and pre-press.
    Retouching images for packaging, literature and marketing materials.
    Creating physical working mock-ups in-house.
    Developing new product packaging concepts and supporting the creation of product imagery.
    Creating brochures, event collateral, online marketing materials, sales presentations and POS materials.
    Editing and creating sales presentations while maintaining consistency across the product range.
    Supporting Amazon asset creation and TikTok video editing and content creation when required, including holiday cover.
    Maintaining a methodical approach to file management, archiving and organisation.
    Working within the department's quality management and file management systems.
    Ensuring all creative executions are customer-focused, with consideration for readability, usability, functionality and performance.
    Working to fast turnaround times and responding effectively to creative feedback and changing production requirements.Requirements
    3+ years' previous experience in a similar Artworker role within a studio environment.
    Proven experience producing print-ready artwork, particularly for brochures, POS and other printed media.
    Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
    Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    Experience with Adobe Dimension would be advantageous but is not essential.
    Excellent eye for detail, colour and composition.
    Strong understanding of established brand guidelines and cutter guides.
    Good knowledge of the printing and pre-press process.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where quick turnaround and feedback are often required.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
    Ability to problem solve and work effectively from creative direction.
    Degree-level education or equivalent in a creative discipline would be advantageous.
    A portfolio of previous work will be required for presentation at interview.About You You will be an experienced Packaging Artworker with a strong background in print-ready artwork and a keen eye for detail. You will be confident working within established brand guidelines while also being able to bring creativity and problem-solving skills to new packaging and marketing projects.
    You will be highly organised, methodical and comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment where priorities can change and deadlines are important. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the wider design and marketing team are essential.
