How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    * Support planned maintenance, engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

    * Monitor key engineering performance metrics including OEE, MTBF and MTTR.

    * Lead cross-functional reliability reviews and improvement projects.

    * Manage contractor and OEM support where required.

    * Oversee asset care documentation, PM reviews, calibration and equipment assessments.

    * Identify training and development requirements within the Reliability team.

    What We’re Looking For:

    * Proven experience in reliability, maintenance or engineering within FMCG, food manufacturing or a similar environment.

    * Experience leading engineering teams, projects or reliability initiatives.

    * Strong understanding of CMMS, asset management and engineering performance metrics.

    * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    * Strong leadership, coaching and influencing abilities.

    * Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Desirable:

    * Experience with reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMEA or TPM.

    * NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.

    * Experience managing contractors and OEMs.

    * Experience within a large-scale manufacturing environment.

    * CAD experience.

    What’s on Offer?

    * Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30.

    * Opportunity to join a leading food manufacturing business.

    * Senior position with significant influence over site reliability and asset performance.

    * Supportive and progressive engineering environment.

    * Ongoing training and professional development.

    * Competitive benefits package
