How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    A well-established national organisation is seeking a temporary Reward Analyst to provide support to its Reward team during a busy project period.

    This role will focus on assisting with the maintenance and correction of employee P11D and tax records, alongside supporting the team in Walsall with associated administration and employee queries.

    Client Details

    Our client is a well-established and highly recognised UK organisation with a large national workforce and an established People and Reward function. Due to an increase in workload, they are seeking temporary support to assist with an important employee tax and records project within their Reward team in Walsall.

    Description

    Supporting the Reward team with P11D and employee tax administration activities.
    Reviewing, updating and correcting employee records.
    Carrying out high-volume data validation and data cleansing tasks.
    Ensuring employee tax and benefits information is recorded accurately.
    Responding to employee queries via email.
    Maintaining confidential employee information in line with company procedures.
    Supporting the wider Reward function with administrative tasks as required.
    Assisting with project-related activities and reporting.Profile

    A successful Reward Analyst should have:

    Previous experience within HR Administration, Payroll Administration, Reward Administration or a similar support role.
    Exposure to P11D, benefits, reward or employee tax processes.
    Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
    Good organisational and administrative skills.
    Confidence working with spreadsheets and employee data.
    The ability to manage repetitive tasks whilst maintaining accuracy.
    Strong written communication skills.Job Offer
