How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Front of House & Member Experience Manager
    Location: Bristol
    Salary: £27,000-£30,000
    Contract: Permanent, Full Time
    Start: ASAP
We’re looking for a polished, personable and highly organised Front of House & Member Experience Manager to become the welcoming face of a premium workspace and Members' environment in Bristol.
This is a customer-facing position focused on handling a busy reception desk and delivering an exceptional experience for members, clients and guests. You’ll be the first person people meet, so your ability to create a warm, professional welcome will be just as important as your organisational skills.
Alongside front-of-house responsibilities, you’ll help ensure the building operates smoothly, looks immaculate and consistently reflects the quality of the brand.
    What you’ll be doing
    *
Provide a warm and professional welcome to members, clients and visitors.
    *
Manage the reception area and act as the main point of contact throughout the day.
    *
Build positive relationships with regular building users.
    *
Answer calls, manage emails and respond promptly to day-to-day enquiries.
    *
Coordinate visitor access, deliveries and meeting-room bookings.
    *
Prepare meeting rooms and shared spaces ahead of bookings and events.
    *
Conduct regular building walks and identify any presentation or operational issues.
    *
Ensure reception, communal areas and member spaces remain immaculate.
    *
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and other building-service providers.
    *
Report faults and follow outstanding issues through to completion.
    *
Keep members informed about works or issues that may affect them.
    *
Maintain accurate building, visitor and operational records.
    *
Monitor supplies and arrange replenishment when required.
    *
Support member events and activities within the building.
    *
Handle member requests calmly, professionally and efficiently.
    *
Work closely with the wider team to ensure consistently high service standards.
    *
Support the opening and smooth operation of an additional Bristol location as the business grows.
    About you
You’ll be naturally warm, polished and confident, with a genuine interest in creating an excellent experience for everyone who enters the building.
    You’ll ideally have:
    *
Experience in reception, front of house, hospitality, workspace, property or building coordination.
    *
A strong customer-service background within a premium environment.
    *
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    *
    A professional and confident manner.
    *
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    *
The ability to manage several priorities without losing sight of the customer experience.
    *
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems.
    *
Confidence working with building suppliers and service partners.
    *
    Good IT and administrative skills.
    *
The ability to remain calm and composed during busy periods.
    *
Pride in maintaining high visual and service standards.
Experience within premium hospitality, luxury retail, private members’ clubs, serviced offices or another high-quality customer environment would be particularly relevant.
    What’s on offer?
    £27,000-£30,000 salary.
The opportunity to join a growing premium business in a varied role combining front-of-house service and building coordination.
Involvement in the opening and operation of new Bristol locations, with scope to take on greater responsibility as the portfolio and team develop.
If you’re passionate about creating exceptional first impressions and enjoy making sure every detail of a building and customer experience is taken care of, we’d love to hear from you
