Skilled groundworkers

Link-Force Ltd is currently seeking skilled groundworkers for an ongoing project in Brize-Norton, located in Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a groundworker, particularly in drainage installation. This role involves interpreting technical plans, preparing sites, and installing drainage systems efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

Experience as a groundworker with a focus on drainage installation

Valid CSCS card

Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required

Weekend work required with overtime pay

11 Hour Shifts 

Ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions

Strong teamwork and communication skills
