Are you an experienced Forklift/FLT Driver (Bendi/Flexi) looking for consistent hours, excellent facilities and long-term opportunities? Meridian Business Support is recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics and distribution client in Rugby for skilled Bendi and Flexi truck operators to join their busy warehouse team.
This role offers a fixed 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, a modern working environment and the support of an experienced onsite team from day one.
As a Forklift/FLT Driver (Bendi/Flexi), you will play an important part in the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring products are stored, moved and dispatched safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating Bendi and Flexi trucks within a large distribution centre
Putting away stock accurately and safely
Moving products between warehouse locations
Replenishing pick faces and storage areas
Unloading incoming deliveries
Preparing and dispatching goods for collection
Following warehouse procedures and health and safety requirements at all times
To be considered for this Forklift/FLT Driver (Bendi/Flexi) position, you will need:
A valid Bendi or Flexi forklift licence (in-house licences accepted)
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
Confidence operating articulated forklift equipment safely and efficiently
Experience working within a fast-paced, target-driven operation
Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
Willingness to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process
