We are delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established maintenance contractor who are looking for an experienced Plumber/Multi Trader to join their repairs and maintenance team on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied residential properties across Lewisham and surrounding areas, delivering a high-quality service to residents.
The Role
Your duties will include:
Carrying out all aspects of plumbing repairs and maintenance
Painting and decorating
Carpentry, including hanging doors, fitting skirting and architrave
Tiling
Flooring
Patch plastering
Completing repairs efficiently and to a high standard
Working professionally and respectfully within occupied properties
