Key Responsibilities
. Schedule and coordinate workshop production.
. Raise and manage purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.
. Manage quotations and ensure accurate records.
. Oversee day-to-day operational requirements.
. Lead the implementation of an ERP system and improve business processes.
. Manage Health & Safety, including risk assessments and staff training.
. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001.
About You
. Previous experience in office management, operations or coordination is essential.
. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
. Proactive, confident and able to take ownership.
. Strong Excel and general IT skills.
. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working across teams.
Desirable: Experience within engineering/manufacturing, production planning, ERP systems, ISO 9001 or Health & Safety.
Hours
Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-5:00pm
Friday: 7:30am-1:00pm
