The Opportunity
A leading international financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a significant ESG Regulatory Disclosure programme across the EMEA region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a project management professional with a strong background in financial services and regulatory change who is passionate about sustainability and ESG initiatives. You will play a key role in driving complex strategic change programmes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the organisation's sustainability ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major ESG Regulatory Disclosure programme.
Coordinate multiple project workstreams across EMEA, ensuring effective management of dependencies, milestones and deliverables.
Manage project governance, reporting, risks, issues and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
Engage with senior stakeholders, including executive sponsors and steering committees.
Drive the production of key project artefacts, including business cases, project roadmaps, testing plans and implementation strategies.
Ensure robust documentation and governance processes are maintained to meet regulatory expectations and scrutiny.
Work collaboratively across business, risk, compliance, operations and sustainability functions to deliver strategic objectives.Required Experience
Minimum 5 years' Project Management experience within financial services.
Proven track record of delivering complex regulatory change or transformation programmes.
Strong understanding of project governance, budgeting, risk and stakeholder management.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at senior levels.
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
Degree educated and ideally PMP, APM or equivalent Project Management certification holder.Desirable Experience
ESG, Sustainability or Climate Change programme experience.
Exposure to regulatory frameworks including ESG reporting, sustainability disclosure requirements or related regulatory initiatives.
Relevant ESG or sustainability qualifications.What's on Offer?
