70,000 sq ft | £5M CAT A & B Fit Out
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading fit out contractor to deliver a £5 million, 70,000 sq ft CAT A & B office fit out in the heart of Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a flagship commercial project from site, taking full responsibility for the day-to-day management of works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing all day-to-day site operations.
* Coordinating subcontractors and the site team.
* Driving programme, quality and health & safety performance.
* Liaising with the client, consultants and the wider project team.
* Overseeing project delivery through to successful completion and handover.
Requirements:
* Proven experience delivering commercial fit out projects as a Project Manager.
* CAT A fit out experience.
* SMSTS, Black CSCS & First Aid (essential).
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
