Senior Quantity Surveyor

Have you been working as a Quantity Surveyor for the Social Housing sector and thinking of a step up to a Tier 1 Contractor?

What you'll be doing:

Focusing primarily on Social Housing refurbishment such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, Windows & Doors and Roofing works.

Maintain client relationships through consistent delivery of projects kept within budgets and timelines.
You'll be based in either Grimsby or Boston to cover the Lincolnshire area, with hybrid working available on site, in the office and at home.
Manage the team of Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors to ensure they feel supported and mentored for professional success.

What you'll need:

Relevant qualifications relating to Quantity Surveying
Previous experience working in the Social Housing sector
Good leaderships skills
UK Driving Licence
