You'll play a vital role in helping individuals build confidence, develop independence, and work towards positive outcomes.
We have a variety of shifts available to suit different schedules, including early, late, waking night, and sleep-in shifts, offering flexibility around your existing commitments. The pay rate for this role ranges from £16.59 - £17.54 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) depending on the service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Providing high-quality, person-centred support to young people
* Promoting independence, wellbeing, and positive life choices
* Supporting individuals within a strengths-based and recovery-focused framework
* Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
* Safeguarding vulnerable young people and responding appropriately to concerns
* Completing accurate records and handovers

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS:
In order to register with Central Recruitment Services for temporary agency work, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Current valid right to work in the UK
* Relevant sector experience
* A fully enhanced DBS registered on the DBS update service or willingness to apply for one through Central (at a cost of £60)
* Employment or education history to cover the last 5 years which can be verified through the referencing process
