About the Role
Select Recruitment is currently looking for Production Operatives on behalf of our client, a well-established food manufacturing company (non-meat). You’ll be joining a busy, fast-moving production environment where reliability and teamwork are key.
Key Responsibilities
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Checking product quality to ensure standards are met
Packing and labelling finished goods
Keeping work areas clean and maintaining hygiene standards
Following all health and safety guidelines
Working as part of a team to achieve production targets

Good attention to detail

Previous production or factory experience is helpful but not essential
