Supporting pupils on a 1:1, 2:1 or small group basis
Helping pupils develop communication, social and life skills
Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
Delivering structured interventions under teacher guidance
Working alongside teachers, SENDCOs, therapists and pastoral teams
Assisting with sensory activities and personalised learning programmes
Supporting pupils during breaktimes, lunch and transitions
