Immediate Start AvailableAre you an experienced Administrator with a background in Financial Services or customer service? Do you have excellent attention to detail and enjoy helping customers? If so, we have an exciting temporary opportunity to join a busy and supportive Investment Team in Belfast City Centre.
As an Investment Team Processor, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout their investment journey. This is a varied role, with approximately 50% of your time spent on administration duties and 50% speaking with customers over the phone.
Full training and support will be provided, allowing you to confidently deliver an excellent customer experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately process new business applications and supporting documentation.
Contact customers by phone to assist them through the investment application process.
Ensure customer information is recorded accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Take ownership of customer applications from start to finish.
Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and compliance standards.
Maintain high levels of accuracy while working to deadlines and service level agreements.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every interaction.
What We're Looking For
Previous administration experience, ideally within Financial Services, banking, insurance, pensions, investments, or another regulated environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident using Microsoft Office and other internal systems.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy.
GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at Grade C/Level 4 or above.
Good numerical ability and confidence carrying out basic calculations.
