Our client, a prominent player in the financial services sector, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Technical Co-ordinator to join their Dealing Team within the Transfer Agency Department. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-touch client service to a diverse range of clients, ensuring excellence in third-party fund services.

Role Overview:
As a part of the dedicated Dealing Team, the Technical Co-ordinator will support the seamless operation of shareholder servicing functions, including dealing, registration, finance, and client reporting. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Support: Assist the Team Leader in daily operations and step in during their absence.
Oversight: Monitor processing quality and timeliness of the India TA Dealing team.
Issue Resolution: Act as an escalation point for unresolved queries from junior team members and the India team.
Client Reporting: Manage day-to-day reporting, including prediction, cash, and register reports.
Workflow Management: Analyse and manage workflow queues effectively.
Client Ownership: Take responsibility for assigned clients, ensuring all activities align with agreed timelines.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date procedures and checklists while ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with other TA functional areas and provide input for operational efficiency improvements.
Mentorship: Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior staff.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

A flexible and adaptable approach to multitasking in a high-pressure environment.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Word & Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Professional demeanour with a drive for excellence.
Initiative to work independently and resolve complex queries.
Desirable knowledge of Fund Administration and regulatory frameworks.
Understanding of effective risk management practises.

Experience:

Proven experience in Transfer Agency and Financial Services.
Client-facing experience is highly favourable.
A college or university qualification is highly desirable.
