Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across student accommodation buildings.
Undertake minor repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and basic electrical works within competency levels.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests raised by residents and staff.
Conduct regular inspections of bedrooms, communal areas, and external grounds.
Ensure all fixtures, fittings, and equipment are maintained in good working order.
