A specialist SEN school in Wokingham is seeking a dedicated and compassionate EHCP Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers.
As an EHCP Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support tailored to students' individual EHCP outcomes and needs.
Help students develop confidence, independence, communication, and active participation in learning.
Support the implementation of individual learning, behaviour, and wellbeing strategies.
Work closely with teachers and support staff to promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, engagement, and development.We're looking for an EHCP Assistant who is:
