Are you a **Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant** looking for your next primary school opportunity?

Aspire People are currently recruiting experienced **Level 3 TAs** to support primary schools from September 2026.

We're looking for practitioners who can do more than provide general classroom support - candidates who are confident delivering interventions, supporting individual pupils and working closely with teachers to help children make progress.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include:**

* Providing 1:1 and small-group classroom support
* Delivering targeted Reading, Phonics, English and Maths interventions
* Supporting pupils with SEND where required
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom resources
* Supporting differentiated learning activities
* Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff
* Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
* Helping pupils develop independence and confidence
* Working closely with teachers and other support staff

**The Ideal Candidate Will Have:**

* A **Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent**
* Recent experience working within a UK primary school
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Experience delivering interventions
* Good knowledge of phonics, Reading, English and Maths
* Confidence supporting pupils with different abilities and needs
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Patient, proactive and reliable approach

Experience supporting pupils with **SEND or SEMH** would also be advantageous.
