How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER – SaaS / Cloud Communications / Unified Communications

Bracknell, Berkshire | Enterprise SaaS | UC | Cisco | Webex | Cloud

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to take ownership of enterprise SaaS and cloud communications products.

This is a hands-on product role for someone who understands both technology and commercial outcomes. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Sales, Solutions, Projects and customers, helping decide what gets built, why it matters and how it delivers value.

We’re particularly interested in Product Managers with experience across Unified Communications, Cisco, Webex, UCaaS, CCaaS, Contact Centre, CX or enterprise communications platforms.

    The Role

Working as a Product Owner within Agile development teams, you will:

Own, refine and prioritise the product backlog using JIRA

Translate customer and business requirements into clear product features

Help shape the quarterly product roadmap

Make product decisions around priorities, functionality and delivery

Work closely with Software Engineering throughout Agile sprints

Balance customer requirements, technical considerations and commercial priorities

Manage competing requirements and product escalations

Work with Sales and Solution Consultants on bids and customer opportunities

Support Project and Implementation teams with product plans and delivery timelines

Prioritise product enhancements, defects and improvements

Lead customer product demonstrations, webinars and roadmap sessions

Run user forums and gather meaningful customer feedback

Help drive adoption of new features and platform capabilities

    What We're Looking For

    You’ll ideally have:

    3–5+ years' Product Management experience

Strong experience working as a Product Owner within Agile software development

Enterprise SaaS / Cloud product experience

Knowledge of Unified Communications / UCaaS / CCaaS / Contact Centre / CX

Exposure to technologies or ecosystems such as Cisco and Webex

Strong experience with JIRA or similar Agile tools

Experience working directly with software engineering teams

Commercial awareness and the confidence to make product decisions

Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills

The ability to communicate technical products clearly to non-technical audiences

    Education

We are looking for a strong academic background, ideally:

Degree educated with a 2:1 or above

Strong A-Level, BTEC or equivalent pre-university results

    The Person

We're not looking for someone who simply maintains a backlog.

We want a Product Manager who asks why, challenges priorities and understands that a successful product has to work technically, solve a genuine customer problem and make commercial sense.

You'll be comfortable talking to an engineer about functionality in the morning, discussing a customer requirement with Sales in the afternoon and presenting the product roadmap to a client the next day.

    Location

    Bracknell, Berkshire

The position is based at the company's Bracknell headquarters, with some UK and international travel where required.
