Mechanical Fitter

Active (Pathways) Solutions is seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters for ongoing construction projects across Edinburgh and Scotland.

Role: Mechanical Fitter
Location: Edinburgh / Various Scotland locations
Hours: Monday–Friday, 35–45 hours/week
Pay: £20.00/hour
Payment: LTD or CIS

Requirements:

* Valid CSCS; IPAF and/or NPORS desirable

* Previous mechanical fixing/fitting experience

* Substation experience highly desirable

* Ability to read drawings and specifications

* Good understanding of site health and safety

* Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently

* Flexibility to work across Scotland

Duties: Mechanical installation, assembly and fixing; working from drawings; using hand and power tools; assisting with mechanical systems; working alongside other trades; and maintaining safe, clean work areas.
