PA / EA – CLASSICAL MUSIC | £40K–£60K | LONDON | HYBRID
An exciting opportunity for an experienced PA/EA to join a leading classical music business, providing high-level support to senior executives in a creative, international environment.
The Role
- Complex diary and calendar management across multiple time zones
- International travel, itineraries, accommodation and expenses
- Meeting coordination, agendas, presentations and correspondence
- Liaising with senior stakeholders, artists, composers, managers and industry contacts
- Handling confidential information and business documentation
- Supporting contracts, licensing, royalties and publishing administration
- Maintaining databases and spreadsheets
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and PivotTables
About You
- Proven PA/EA experience supporting senior individuals
- Highly organised, discreet and commercially aware
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Confident working with senior and creative personalities
- Music, entertainment, publishing or media experience advantageous
