How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Job Title: Junior Creative Strategist, US Market @ High-Growth Health & Wellness Brand

Location: Remote (UK-based, commutable to London for occasional team days)

    Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

    Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + 10% annual performance bonus

A fast-growing health and wellness brand is looking for a Junior Creative Strategist to build the creative engine behind its US market launch.

The business has built one of the most engaged communities in its category, and is now taking that momentum global. With a lean, high-performing team, they're looking for someone early in their career with strong creative instincts who wants to shape what creative output looks like in a brand new market from day one.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of creative thinking and performance. You'll be the eyes and ears on the US consumer, briefing creators, developing angles and concepts, and making sure creative speaks authentically to a market that expects evidence, not overclaiming.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Write clear, effective creator briefs covering concept, angle, script and visual direction
    • Develop concepts, hooks and angles that translate customer and performance insight into high-converting ads
    • Own a weekly creative pipeline across Meta and TikTok
    • Localise UK brand voice and messaging for the US market, flagging what won't transfer and proposing what will
    • Work alongside an established UK creative strategy team to knowledge-share on what's working
    • Produce and edit assets, including iterating on statics and video content
    • Collaborate closely with a central growth team and influencer manager to understand performance and iterate on winning concepts
    • Own end-to-end delivery from concept to live ad, working at pace across multiple briefs

    Skills & Experience Required

    • 2+ years' experience in creative strategy, paid social, performance marketing or DTC, ideally with exposure to the US market
    • Experience with Meta ads, creator production and ad briefing
    • Understanding of US consumer expectations around evidence and proof, particularly in health and wellness
    • Strong creative instincts, with the ability to explain why something works
    • Comfortable working with performance data, even if not running the analysis yourself
    • Clear, sharp writing for briefs, scripts and concepts

    Why Apply?

    • Shape the creative output of a fast-scaling DTC brand in a brand new market from day one
    • Work closely with an experienced UK creative and growth team, plus founders
    • Hands-on exposure to shoots, creators and end-to-end creative strategy
    • Strong learning curve early in your career, with real ownership
    • Join a brand with genuine momentum in a category that matters
