- Drive improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost and Productivity.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of improvement opportunities aligned with site priorities.
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management, 5S, Standard Work, TPM, SMED and structured problem-solving activities.
- Analyse operational KPIs to identify performance gaps and translate these into clear improvement plans.
- Partner with the Site Leadership Team to establish priorities and deliver tangible results.
- Coach and develop managers and employees in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Embed effective visual and daily management processes across the operation.
- Challenge existing processes and drive a culture where improvement becomes part of everyday operations.
- Ensure improvements are sustained and deliver long-term value.
What we're looking for:
- Significant experience in a Continuous Improvement Lead, CI Manager, Operational Excellence Lead, Lean Leader or similar position.
- A strong track record of delivering measurable improvements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience developing CI strategies, roadmaps and improvement programmes.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using operational KPIs to identify and prioritise opportunities.
- Excellent coaching and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence from shop-floor level through to senior leadership.
- A hands-on approach combined with the ability to operate strategically and influence the wider direction of the site.
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-calibre Continuous Improvement Lead to join a growing business where CI is genuinely central to its future strategy.
