Remuneration: £40,000 - £60,000 + bonus

The role Estimator – Interior Fit Out will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with a range of commercial hospitality fit out projects
- Lead end-to-end tendering process, including take-offs, pricing, submission, and handover
- Prepare accurate cost estimates using drawings, specifications, and estimating software
- Manage and track tender opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups to maximise conversions
- Engage with clients and contractors through site visits, technical input, and value engineering to support bids
- Collaborate with internal teams, lead handovers, and mentor junior estimators to strengthen delivery and capability
- Working on project sizes varying in size from £10k to £300k
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Interior Fit Out with:
- Must have Estimating experience within interior fit out or closely related
- Ideally have experience within the Shopfitting sector
- Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Full UK driving license
