Job Title: Residential & Commercial Property Legal Assistant
Salary: Up to £50,000
Location: Central London
Our client is seeking an experienced legal PA or paralegal to support a partner dealing with both residential and commercial property work. It is essential that you have prior experience in both areas of property law.
You will be assisting with residential and commercial property sales and purchases from initial onboarding and compliance checks through to final completion. You must be able to demonstrate knowledge of relevant forms, processes, applications, land registry searches etc. Excellent secretarial skills are essential, diary management, drafting correspondence and documents, client liaison etc.
This is a rewarding role for someone seeking to work alongside a fee-earner dealing with high value transactions and getting involved in their work and with their clients. This is a senior support role and wouldn’t be appropriate for a paralegal looking to qualify. Hybrid working is available after a successful probationary period.
