MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG Business on the search for a Demand Planner. This is a permanent role based in Somerset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and keep the sales forecast accurate across customers and product lines.
- Build rolling forecasts using input from customers, Commercial, Planning, Operations and Finance.
- Main customer contact for forecasting and service performance.
- Track forecast accuracy and bias, reduce it through consistent reporting.
- Lead the demand side of S&OP, aligning forecasts with production capacity and stock levels.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in demand planning, customer supply chain, S&OP or commercial planning.
- FMCG, food or drinks manufacturing experience.
- Proven track record working directly with customers on forecasts and service.
- Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, Power BI a plus.
- Confident communicator, strong stakeholder management.
