How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    • Create designs that work across mobile and desktop.
    • Develop reusable email modules, templates, and design systems.
    • Collaborate with CRM Copywriters on hierarchy, messaging, offers, product content, and CTAs.
    • Work with CRM Executives and technical specialists to ensure designs can be accurately implemented.
    • Design lifecycle experiences including:
    • Welcome

    • Win-back
    • Promotional campaigns
    • Maintain brand consistency across different clients.
    • Use performance data and testing results to improve layout, hierarchy, imagery, CTA treatment, and creative direction.
    • Prepare designs for implementation and provide clear specifications/assets.
    • Contribute to creative audits, pitches, and new-business opportunities.
    • Help develop GrowthShop's CRM design standards and reusable systems.

    What we're looking for:

    • 2–5+ years of digital, email, ecommerce, or CRM design experience.
    • Strong portfolio of email design work, preferably ecommerce/DTC.
    • Advanced Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite skills.
    • Strong understanding of responsive email design.
    • Strong understanding of UX, hierarchy, accessibility, typography, and mobile-first design.
    • Ability to design within real-world email platform constraints.
    • Strong visual judgement and brand-system skills.
    • Comfortable collaborating with copywriters, strategists, and technical CRM specialists.
    • Understanding of HTML email is a strong plus.
    • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in an agency environment.

    What success looks like:

    • Emails are visually strong, on-brand, conversion-focused, and technically implementable.
    • Creative contributes to improved engagement, click-through, conversion, and revenue.
    • Reusable modules and design systems improve production quality and efficiency.
    • Designs are delivered reliably with minimal implementation rework.
    • You work seamlessly with CRM strategy, copy, and technical teams.
