Are you a highly skilled Retoucher with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for creating consistently high-quality imagery?
This is a fantastic new opportunity for someone who combines strong technical retouching skills with excellent organisation and an understanding of digital asset management.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring imagery across e-commerce, wholesale, retail, marketing and brand channels consistently meets the company's visual standards.
What you'll be doing:
- Retouching e-commerce product photography including flat lay, hanging and on-model imagery
- Retouching still life, editorial, studio and location-based model imagery
- Colour correcting imagery to ensure consistency across products, fabrics and different image types
- Cropping, resizing and batch processing imagery in line with brand guidelines
- Creating different image specifications and aspect ratios for multiple platforms
- Managing, naming, organising and storing digital assets across internal servers and platforms such as SharePoint
- Carrying out detailed quality control checks before imagery is signed off
- Supporting the Creative Manager and photography studio with ad-hoc image and retouching requirements
- Identifying opportunities to improve retouching, workflow and asset management processes
Looking for:
- Exceptional Photoshop skills and strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Advanced retouching experience would be ideal, including Liquify, Puppet Warp, masking, paths and frequency separation
- Strong colour correction skills and experience creating composite imagery
- Experience with digital asset management and best-practice file organisation
- Capture One experience would be an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and consistently high standards
- Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to improving processes
